Manganese-Decorated Redware Cake Mold, attributed to John Bell, Waynesboro, PA, circa 1850-1880, circular form with spiral pattern, the exterior decorated with heavy manganese sponging, the entire surface coated in a clear lead glaze. Excellent condition with minor wear to tip of central tube. A 2 1/2" diagonal line from rim and a 2 1/4" vertical line from rim. Otherwise excellent condition with minor wear. Diam. 7 1/4" ; H 4 1/4".
