Four-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "H B PFALTZGRAFF / YORK, PA," circa 1870-1889, semi-ovoid jug with semi-rounded spout, brush-decorated with a floral motif hanging from a leafy stem. Cobalt highlights to maker's mark and capacity mark. Mottling and staining to surface. A thin adhered piece of clay to top of handle. H 16 3/8".
