Rare Slip-Decorated Redware Plate, Inscribed "Remember / thy Last / End," Norwalk, CT, second quarter 19th century, with coggled edge, the interior featuring the slip-trailed slogan, "Remember thy last End," with flourish above. A 1 5/8" flake to rim. Three rim chips. Losses to slip on interior. A 2 1/4" circular flake to underside and some additional smaller flakes to underside. Diam. 9 1/4".
