Celadon-Glazed Stoneware Canning Jar, Stamped "JOHN BELL," Waynesboro, PA, circa 1840-1880, cylindrical jar with rounded shoulder and short, flaring "wax sealer" rim, the surface covered in a grayish celadon glaze with creamy runs. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 7 1/4".
