One-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "W.J. SEYMOUR / TROY FACTORY," NY State origin, third quarter 19th century, cylindrical jug with semi-rounded spout, decorated with a slip-trailed design of a flower with scrolled petals and leaves, accented with spots. Provenance: William Bouck Collection. Excellent condition with a small base chip, probably in-the-firing. H 11".
