Glazed Stoneware Jar, Stamped "PAUL : CUSHMAN'S : STONE-WARE . FACTORY . 1811," Paul Cushman Pottery, Albany, NY, 1811, cylindrical jar with footed base, tooled shoulder, and semi-squared rim, the surface covered in a streaked brown Albany slip glaze under a clear salt glaze. Provenance: William Bouck Collection. Chips and wear to rim including a 1 1/2" worn section to interior of rim. Some minor surface wear to body of jar and light surface wear to interior. H 9 5/8".
