Glazed Redware Figure of a Dog, Signed "BH / 3," Billy Ray Hussey, NC origin, late 20th or early 21st century, hand-modeled-and-incised figure of a seated dog with raised paw on oval, the surface covered in a black gun metal glaze. Incised initials and encircled "3" on underside. As-made condition with a tight firing crack to underside, extending to edge of base. H 9".
