Slip-Decorated Redware Dish, Inscribed "Mary's Dish," Norwalk, CT origin, second quarter 19th century, with coggled edge, the interior featuring the inscription, "Mary's Dish," in slip-trailed yellow slip with wavy line above and below. Broken in half and tightly reglued. A few small stained glazed flakes to interior. Minor to small rim chips. Diam. 11 1/8".
