Pair of Glazed Redware Cups, attributed to Jacob Medinger, Limerick Township, Montgomery County, PA, circa 1925, each of ovoid form with footed base, decorated with sponged manganese and covered in a clear lead glaze. Provenance: Descended in the Medinger family to its current owner. Both in excellent, essentially as-made condition. One with some in-the-making glaze voids. H (of slightly taller cup) 3 1/4".
