Two Pieces of Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1860, both with brushed double-stemmed clover motifs on two sides, a three-gallon ovoid jar and a two-gallon cake crock. Jar with restoration to rim area and one handle. Cake crock with poor restoration to one side, not affecting decoration, poor restoration to tight cracks in underside, and rim chips. H (of jar) 14" ; Dimensions (of cake crock): H 6 1/8" ; Diam. 12".
