Molded Stoneware Pitcher with BARDWELL'S ROOT BEER Advertising, White's Pottery, Utica, NY, late 19th century, ovoid pitcher with short collar, featuring two different relief scenes of a figure surrounded by wheat and hops, the rim impressed "BARDWELL'S ROOT BEER." Salt-glazed surface with cobalt highlights throughout. Provenance: James Chebalo Collection. Missing pewter lid. One base chip. Two small spout chips. one small chip to shoulder molding.
