Small-Sized Redware/Yellowware Bank with Manganese Decoration, American, 19th century, wheel-thrown, ovoid bank with footed base, carved slot, and pointed, circular finial, the lead-glazed surface decorated with splashed manganese against a yellow ground. Composed of buff-colored clay. Provenance: From a fifty-year New England collection. Chipping to slot. Otherwise excellent condition. H 2 1/2".
