Half-Gallon Salt-Glazed Stoneware Jar, Stamped "J.A.CRAVEN," John Anderson Craven, Randolph County, NC, circa 1855, cylindrical jar with semi-rounded rim, impressed with "J.A.CRAVEN" maker's mark near shoulder. Heavy chipping around rim. A small base chip. H 6 3/4".
