Lot of Thirty Pottery Articles, primarily Western PA origin, primarily 19th century, a heavy salt-glazed stoneware disc with recessed underside, possibly a potter's wheel; a James Hamilton roof tile, stamped "JBH / PAT 1871;" two roof tiles, stamped "THE NATIONAL TILE ROOFING CO / LIMA, OHIO / 1908;" eighteen lids; a salt-glazed stoneware pipe; five pieces of hand-modeled kiln furniture; a piece salt-glazed brick, possibly from a kiln; and a jug stacker. Firing crack to stoneware disc. Loss to salt-glazed brick. Many with chips and wear. Diam. (of disc) 11 3/4".
