One-Gallon Salt-Glazed Stoneware Jar, Stamped "RICH", Prosper Rich, New Castle, OH origin, circa 1830-1850, cylindrical jar with tapered shoulder and flared rim, impressed with large Prosper Rich maker's mark at shoulder. A small chip to exterior of rim and a minor chip and tiny nicks to interior of rim.
