Painted Yellowlegs Shorebird Decoy, attributed to George Boyd, Seabrook, NH, circa 1910, delicately-carved yellowlegs decoy with original painted surface and tack eyes. Wear to bill. Some roughness to very tip of bill and a tight, short line in bill. A chip to tail and wear to end of wings. Some paint smudging and discoloration. L 11 1/2".

Part of a small selection of folk art / general antiques from the Raymond L. Owen collection. We sold Dr. Owen's large collection of American ceramics last year and agreed to assist the estate in selling these items, as well.
