Shenandoah Valley Multi-Glazed Redware Cream Pitcher, Strasburg, VA origin, circa 1890, squat-shaped form with flared collar, the surface dipped in cream-colored slip, decorated with heavily-splashed copper, and covered in a clear glaze. Excellent form and color. Rim and spout wear. Minor base wear. H 5 1/8".
