Glazed Redware Jar, Stamped "JOHN BELL", Waynesboro, PA origin, circa 1840-1880, cylindrical form with footed base, tooled shoulder, and rounded rim, the surface covered in a reddish-brown lead-and-manganese glaze. Impressed with John Bell maker's mark on underside. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 6".
