Three Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jugs, Northeastern U.S. origin, circa 1820-1840, a two-gallon ovoid jug with cobalt floral decoration, attributed to the Bissett Pottery, Old Bridge, NJ; a three-gallon ovoid jug with the cobalt-highlighted maker's mark "E. PHILLIPS / LANSINGBURGH / N.Y. / N.Y."; and a one-gallon ovoid jug with cobalt floral decoration. Unsigned Bissett jug with handle and top of jug reglued and a few base chips. Phillips jug in excellent condition with a small spout chip and minor base nick. Other jug with two hairlines in handle and a short hairline under handle.
