SUIT "Little Brown Jug" Stoneware Advertising Jug, Suitland, MD origin, circa 1880, small-sized jug with tooled spout and Albany-slip-glazed surface, featuring the impressed advertising "LITTLE BROWN JUG / OLD 1869 RYE WHISKEY / DISTILLED BY / THE S.T. SUIT DISTILLING CO. / SUITLAND MD". Excellent condition with some stained crazing to base area. H 7 3/4".
