Three-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug, Stenciled "R.T. WILLIAMS. / MANUFACTURER / NEW GENEVA / PA", circa 1880, cylindrical jug with the tooling to shoulder and spout, featuring R.T. Williams maker's stenciling, a freehand stripe to shoulder and base, and a freehand number 3 flanked by dashes at the base. Cobalt highlight to upper handle terminal. Essentially as-made condition with a tiny stone ping to left side of jug, which does not extend through to interior, and a 1 1/4" salt drip to same side.
