One-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Western PA origin, circa 1875, ovoid jar with semi-rounded rim, decorated with two stenciled rose motifs extending across the front. A 1 3/8" line from rim on reverse. An in-the-firing ping to interior. Several in-the-firing chips to base.
