Rare One-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "N&A SEYMOUR / ROME", New York State origin, circa 1830, highly-ovoid jug with tooled spout, decorated with a brushed cobalt tulip. Cobalt highlights to maker's mark. Excellent condition with a glazed-over stone ping to far left side of jug's front and a minor base nick.
