Two-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "BROWN BROTHERS / HUNTINGTON L.I", circa 1863-1870, ovoid jug with tapered spout, decorated with four tulips emanating from a central stem. Light cobalt highlights to maker's mark. Exceptional color. Provenance: Donald Matties Collection. A spout chip. Otherwise excellent condition.
