Unusual Sewertile Figure of a Dinosaur, probably Ohio origin, 2nd or 3rd quarter 20th century, in the form of a brontosaurus with wrinkled details to muzzle and incised eyes and mouth. Provenance: From a recently-surfaced collection of sewertile amassed during the 1960s and 1970s, many purchased directly from the potters themselves. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. L 11 1/2".
