Diminutive Glazed Redware Jug, Maine origin, second quarter 19th century, ovoid jug with flared spout and applied strap handle, the surface covered in a streaky green glaze over a speckled red ground. Excellent size, color, and condition. Provenance: Recently found in New England. Near mint condition with a few typical small flakes to spout. H 6 3/4".
