Half-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Unusual Cobalt Floral Decoration, Western PA origin, circa 1875, ovoid jar with tooled shoulder and flattened rim, decorated with a leafy vine bearing two tulips with dashed tips. Cobalt stripe below rim. 3 1/2" crack from rim on side of jar. H 6 1/4".
