Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Cake Crock, probably PA origin, circa 1860, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, applied lug handles, and semi-squared rim, decorated with two brushed cobalt flowers on the front and back. 4" chipped area to underside at edge, which appears to be in-the-firing. Shallow rim chips. H 5 3/4" ; Diameter 9 1/4".
