One-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, Stamped "L.D. FUNKHOUSER & CO. / STRASBURG, VA," circa 1880, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and semi-squared rim, decorated with a series of brushed swags around the shoulder. Significant restoration on underside, body, and rim. Small rim chips. H 9 1/4".
