Very Rare Small-Sized Redware Plate with Two-Color Slip Bird Decoration, probably PA origin, 19th century, with coggled edge, decorated in cream and brown colored slip with a folky design of a bird perched on a branch. Excellent size. Highly desirable decoration. 3/4" chip and minor wear to rim. Diameter 6 1/2".
