Rare Large-Sized Redware Plate, Stamped "JOHN W. BELL / Waynesboro, PA," circa 1880, large-sized plate with rounded edge, covered on the interior with a clear lead glaze. Impressed with John W. Bell maker's mark on edge. Highly unusual size in Bell pottery. Minor wear on interior. Approximately 4" horizontal line on exterior, which does not continue through to interior. Diameter 12 1/2".
