Glazed Redware Jug Bank, PA origin, possibly Wagner, Carbon County, circa 1870, ovoid jug with finial, applied handle, and carved slot in shoulder, surface decorated with streaks of copper and manganese under a clear lead glaze. Excellent color. Large and smaller base chips. Areas of glaze loss to handle. Wear to slot. Small spot of glaze loss to finial. H 4 1/4".
