Glazed Redware Inkwell, English origin, 19th century, wheel-thrown, with swirled brown and cream clay body and central opening surrounded by three holes, the circumference embellished with carved columns. Surface covered in a clear lead glaze. Provenance: William Kelly Young Collection. Chip and wear to spout. Numerous chips to carved border. H 2 5/8" ; Diameter 4 5/8".
