Two Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jars, Baltimore, MD origin, 19th century, a one-gallon jar with cobalt clover decoration on the front and back, and a one-gallon jar with cobalt swag and hanging flower decorations. Clover jar with two small rim chips, a base chip, a 4 1/2" hairline from rim, and an x-shaped crack near base, which continues onto underside. Other jar has significant cracks, including on underside, two rim chips, and several small base chips. H 10 3/8".
