Rare Small-Sized Stoneware "Hair Oil" Jar, Northeastern U.S. origin, mid to late 19th century, Albany slip glazed jar, incised "Hair Oil" on one side and "Pomade" on reverse. What appears to be the name "Timmy" or "Jimmy" is incised near the base on one side. 1" chipped area to rim, along with a smaller chip to rim. Stone ping on reverse, which reveals unglazed clay. H 5 1/4".
