Small Glazed Redware Pitcher, Stamped "JOHN BELL," Waynesboro, PA origin, circa 1840-1880, ovoid pitcher with footed base, tooled midsection, and flared collar, decorated with sponged manganese under a clear lead glaze. Underside impressed with John Bell maker's mark. Very nice condition with a tiny chip and wear to spout, some minor rim wear, and a minor chip to interior of rim on reverse. H 5".
