Sewer Tile Figure of a Lion, Inscribed "LESR / # 27 / FIRE CLAY / WADSWORTH O. / 10-8-32," Wadsworth, OH origin, October 8, 1932, molded figure of a reclining lion on scallop-edged base, the underside with incised inscription and date. Old varnish to surface. A 1 1/8" flake to underside on reverse. A small chip to one corner. Other minor chips and wear. A firing crack to underside. Dimensions: 8 1/8" x 4 5/8" x 5 1/4".
