Glazed Redware Jar, Stamped "JOHN BELL," Waynesboro, PA origin, circa 1840-1880, cylindrical jar with footed base, tooled shoulder, and semi-rounded rim, the surface decorated with streaked manganese and covered in a clear lead glaze. Provenance: From a forty-five-year VA collection. A small base chip. Otherwise excellent condition. H 5 3/8".
