Stoneware Jug with Incised Floral Decoration, CT origin, first quarter 19th century, ovoid jug with footed base and tooled spout, decorated with an incised design of a flowering plant with three-petaled blossom. Brushed highlights to handle terminals. Very nice condition with two small base chips and a firing crack to base, measuring 1 1/4" on underside and extending 1 1/2" up base. H 13 1/4".
