Slip-Decorated Redware Flowerpot, PA origin, circa 1850-1885, flaring pot with crimped and coggled rim and attached saucer, dipped in cream-colored slip, decorated with marbled copper and manganese, and covered in a clear lead glaze. Large flakes and wear to saucer. Wear and small chips to rim and crimping. Flakes of glaze loss. H 7 1/8" ; Diam. (at rim) 7 1/4".
