Three One-Gallon Stoneware Jars, Strasburg, VA origin, circa 1880, all of cylindrical form, one with inverted swag decoration, stamped "W.H. CRISMAN / STRASBURG, VA;" one with manganese swag decoration, stamped "S. BELL & SON / STRASBURG;" and one stamped "FROM / J. EBERLY & BRO / STRASBURG VA.," within a shield with star. Crisman jar in essentially as-made condition with a few typical in-the-firing flaws, including a flake to base. Bell jar with rim chips, a crack from rim to shoulder, paint residue to surface, a minor chip to underside at edge, and a glazed-over ping at base. Eberly jar with rim and base chips. H (of tallest) 9 3/4".
