Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1830, ovoid pitcher with tooled collar, brush-decorated with a horizontal stem bearing fan-shaped blossoms and graduated leaves. Additional foliate decoration to collar. Cobalt highlights to handle terminals. Several base chips. A few short lines ascending from base, not visible on interior. H 8 7/8".
