Small Glazed Redware Jug, New England origin, late 18th or early 19th century, highly-ovoid jug with flared spout and thin strap handle, the lead-glazed surface featuring mottled olive-to-brown coloration with orange spotting. A 5/8" in-the-firing chip (ping) to spout. Minor base wear. Three chips to handle. H 5 3/4".
