Rare Lidded Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to the Decker Pottery, Washington County, TN, circa 1872-1910, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and flared rim, brush-decorated with four tulips emanating from a stylized ground. Includes original salt-glazed lid. Jar with a 3/4" rim chip and a few minor in-the-firing nicks (contact marks). A small chip to edge of lid. H (including lid) 9 1/2".
