Three-Gallon Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Jug, Stamped "W.F. HAHN / TRENTON / SC," late 19th century, cylindrical jug with narrow, flaring spout, the surface covered in a mottled, olive-colored alkaline glaze. Two small spout chips. A small in-the-firing base chip, which is glazed over. A 2 1/2" fissure in underside, which appears to be surface-level only. A small in-the-firing ping to proper right side of jug. A few small glaze voids, as-made. H 16".
