Unusual Stoneware Flowerpot with Cobalt Foliate Decoration, New York State origin, circa 1875, tapered pot with tooled shoulder, semi-rounded rim, and attached saucer, featuring a slip-trailed triple-leaf motif. A 1 1/8" rim chip on reverse. A minor 3/4" in-the-firing surface line from rim, which is glazed-over. A very tight 1 1/2" hairline from rim. A tight 4" U-shaped hairline to saucer. H 9 3/8" ; Diameter 10 3/4".
