One-and-a-Half-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "BROWN BROTHERS, / HUNTINGTON, / L.I.", circa 1885-1905, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, semi-rounded rim, and applied lug handles, decorated with a crossed floral motif. Cobalt highlights to maker's mark and capacity mark. Provenance: Donald Matties Collection. Excellent, essentially as-made condition.
