Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Canning Jar, Stenciled "A. CONRAD / NEW GENEVA / PA.", circa 1875, tapered jar with tooled shoulder and semi-squared wax sealer rim, featuring stenciled flourishes and freehand stripes above and below Alexander Conrad maker's stenciling. A small base chip. Shallow chipping to inner wax sealer rim. A small stone ping to front. H 9 1/2".
