Four Pieces of Stoneware, American, second half 19th century, a four-gallon cream jar with cobalt floral decoration on one side, the reverse with slip-trailed "4"; a three-gallon churn with "bee stinger" decoration; a stripe-decorated jar, Western PA origin; and a one-gallon undecorated jar, "COWDEN & SON / HARRISBURG PA". Floral-decorated jar with a crack, rim chip, and wear to rim. Churn with some fry to cobalt and kiln furniture adhered to base on reverse. Western PA jar with some red paint to surface and a chip on interior of rim. Cowden & Son jar with rim chips and discoloration to surface.
