Rare Miniature Glazed Stoneware Presentation Pitcher, Inscribed "Lassie Palmer / June. 2. 19.21. / C.E.," Putnam County, TN origin, 1921, ovoid pitcher with flared collar and mottled brown glaze to surface, inscribed in incised stippling with the owner's name, date, and probable maker's initials. Lassie Palmer appears in the 1920 federal census as the 21-year-old daughter of Putnam County, TN farmer, John B. Palmer. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 2 1/2".
